2 cups flaked tuna fish (two 7-ounce cans)

¾ cup chopped celery

½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon minced onion

¼ chopped sweet pickle

4 hard cooked eggs, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

⅓ cup mayonnaise

Combine tuna fish, celery, salt, pepper, onion, pickles, and eggs. Moisten with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Chill in refrigerator. Yield: 6 servings.
