2 tablespoons lemon juice

¼ cup salad oil

2 teaspoons sugar

½ teaspoon salt

Combine juices, oil, sugar and salt in a jar or bowl. Shake or beat vigorously until well blended. Store in refrigerator. Shake or beat dressing each time before serving. Makes 1 cup dressing.

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon onion juice
