Coins supposed to belong to him bear the name ALCHRED or A[L]CHRED.
ELFWALD, 779-788.
Some sceattæ bearing the word E[L]FVA[L]V or VALD[F][E]LA on one side, and a quadruped on the other, have been ascribed to him.
