Dried Lima Beans, No. 2.

1/2 pint of beans.

1/2 pint of milk.

1 teaspoonful of salt.

1/2 tablespoonful of butter.

Soak and cook the beans as in the recipe just given; then drain off all the water, and add the seasoning and milk, having the latter hot. Simmer for ten minutes and serve.

Succotash of Dried Lima Beans and Canned Corn.

1/2 pint of dried Lima beans.

1/2 can of sweet corn.

1/2 pint of milk.
