FOAMY SAUCE
½ cup butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 egg yolks
¼ cup brandy
2 egg whites
1. Cream butter until light and lemon colored.
2. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating until well blended.
