[p. 139], maxim 2 - The Latin maxim should read, "Quemadmodum ad quæstionem facti non respondent judices, ita ad quæstionem juris non respondent juratores"; the translation should read, "As judges do not answer to questions of fact, jurors do not answer to questions of law."

[p. 151], maxim 3 - The [Errata] entry, "consensus," does not appear in the text of this maxim.
