CHICKEN PATTIES
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ teaspoon salt
- few grains cayenne
- 1 cup cold diced chicken
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour; add chicken stock; season and bring to a boil; add chicken and cook slowly 5 minutes. Fill patty shells and serve at once.
