3 tablespoons chopped celery leaves

3 tablespoons bacon fat

3 tablespoons SPICE ISLANDS Arrowroot

Dredge veal in blend of Arrowroot and seasonings. Brown meat mixture in hot fat, cover and cook slowly until meat is tender. If meat should become dry, add ½ cup boiling water or meat stock.

⅛ teaspoon SPICE ISLANDS Mayonnaise Mustard

⅛ teaspoon SPICE ISLANDS Ground Cloves

¼ teaspoon SPICE ISLANDS Ground Allspice
