¼ teaspoon SPICE ISLANDS Ground Cinnamon

½ cup SPICE ISLANDS Tarragon Red Wine Vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups water

1 cup seedless raisins

2 tablespoons butter

¼ cup salad oil

Blend all dry ingredients and mix with liquids. Cook in double boiler until raisins are plump.

Can be made and kept in refrigerator. Reheat as much at a time as you wish to serve.

Excellent on fried ham.
