Note.—All witnesses in this case appeared before the Tribunal, except for 13 witnesses whose testimony was taken by commissioners of the Tribunal concerning affidavits they had signed and which had been offered in evidence by the prosecution. In the table below, prosecution witnesses are designated by the letter P and defense witnesses by the letter D. If the witness was a prosecution affiant called for cross-examination by the defense, the letter designation PA (prosecution affiant) is used. If the witness was a defense affiant called for cross-examination by the prosecution, the letter designation DA (defense affiant) is used.
