Now, we are coming to the last phase, that is, your work as Under Secretary of the Reich Ministry of Justice.[292] The Tribunal knows when you became Under Secretary. Now, I am asking you, did you, yourself, have any influence on your appointment to be Under Secretary in January 1944?
