1 gallon simple syrup,
2 ounces root beer extract,
½ ounce soda foam.
Color with caramel color.
CABINET FLIP.
1½ ounces Royal Cabinet syrup,
1 egg,
A few dashes port wine,
Cracked ice.
Shake in shaker, then fill shaker with fine soda stream; strain into soda glass; sprinkle ground nutmeg on top.
BIRCH BEER.

2 ounces birch beer extract,
½ ounce soda foam.
Color with caramel color.
