V. Thème

The money which the host gave us at the wedding did not last long. Now we desired to go to Mother Barberin's house and bring her a present. We worked for several months and earned enough money to buy a cow. A neighbor told them that she was in the village. Remi told him to tie the cow in the stable and they entered the house. Everything was in the same place. When Mother Barberin arrived, she looked at them with surprise.
