Мы раньше уже видѣли, какъ Гекторъ произноситъ крикливую рѣчь. Теперь же, въ своемъ обращеніи къ Аяксу (ст. 124) онъ впадаетъ въ тотъ же хвастливый тонъ, какъ и Эней съ Діомедомъ.

Онъ говоритъ Аяксу:
