CREAMY FRENCH DRESSING
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dry mustard
⅛ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons grated onion
1 clove garlic
2 cups salad oil
¼ cup GRANDMA’S MOLASSES
¼ cup catsup
¾ cup vinegar
1 small or ½ large egg white
Combine first seven ingredients; let stand one hour. Add remaining ingredients and beat vigorously with rotary egg beater.
YIELD: 3 cups salad dressing.
Plain French Dressing: Omit egg white.
