POT ROAST IN PRESSURE COOKER
- Chuck roast, round bone or blade
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 T water
- salt
- pepper
- 1 bay leaf (op)
- fat
- potatoes
- carrots
Brown meat well on all sides in fat. Add other ingredients and cook 20 minutes per pound at 15 pounds pressure. Let stand at least 8 hours before using. Thicken gravy if desired.
