2 cups boiling water

¼ cup lemon juice

½ cup sugar

2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Dissolve the flavored gelatine in the boiling water and add the lemon juice and sugar. Cool. Fold in the egg whites, beaten stiff. Freeze.
