½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup milk
1 cup chopped nut meats

Almond Cookies
- ½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 cup chopped almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 egg yolks
1½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla
Mix in the order given. Chill, roll, brush with white of egg, sprinkle with granulated sugar, cut, and bake in a quick oven.

½ to ¾ cup flour
