½ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons SPICE ISLANDS Tarragon Wine Vinegar

2 tablespoons SPICE ISLANDS Garlic Wine Vinegar

2 tablespoons SPICE ISLANDS Eschalot Wine Vinegar

1 rounding tablespoon anchovy paste

1 tablespoon SPICE ISLANDS Shredded Parsley

2 tablespoons SPICE ISLANDS Onion Powder

Add lemon juice to cream, then mix with other ingredients. Serve with green salad. Superb on broccoli or asparagus in place of mayonnaise.
