1 tablespoon SPICE ISLANDS Arrowroot

1 tablespoon SPICE ISLANDS Powdered Mushrooms

1 tablespoon SPICE ISLANDS Chicken Seasoned Stock Base

½ cup hot water

½ cup rich milk or cream

½ cup dry white wine
