Roquefort (blue) cheese dressing
About 1 cup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (4 ounces) Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons half-and-half or table cream
½ teaspoon tabasco sauce
Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate until used.
Orange-honey french dressing
About 1¼ cups
¼ cup orange juice frozen concentrate
1 tablespoon vinegar
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup salad oil
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except salad oil.
Add the oil slowly while beating constantly with rotary or electric beater.
