½ ounce citric acid solution.

Fill gallon with simple syrup.


STRAWBERRY SYRUP.

24 ounces strawberry stock,
¼ ounce soda foam,
½ ounce citric acid solution,
Carmine color.

Add simple syrup to fill gallon.
