Cherry Sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 cup cherry juice
1 cup pitted red cherries
Combine cornstarch, sugar and cherry juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Add cherries and serve hot over meat muffins.
